Late of Mitchell. Passed away peacefully at home. Aged 81 years.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of Marie’s life to be held Graveside at the Roma Cemetery on Wednesday, 2nd November 2022, commencing at 10.30 a.m.
Will treasure the memories.
We will miss seeing Marie in downtown Mitchell. She was a good friend to us we have never forgotten her kindness to us and our Mothers. Rest peacefully Marie and you will always be remembered by us and our family. You always like to give us a bit of cheek but liked to get it back too. Happy times!🌺

My husband Robert and I got to know Marie not long after we moved to Mitchell in 2020. Often seeing her at the cafe or down the street and having some conversation together and Robert and Marie friendly stirring each other. She was a real encouragement to me as I was upset remembering my mum on her birthday. So glad I got to chat to Marie when I was in Mitchell last time as Robert and I are in Brisbane still with Robert’s treatment and I did not get to say goodbye before we left to go to Brisbane.
